These Terms govern your use of Sennta AU, operated by Sennta Pty Ltd ("Sennta", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Sennta AU is a cloud-based management platform for Australian tutoring centres and kindergartens, providing student management, scheduling, invoicing, payroll, and AI-assisted tools.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and areinclusive of GST (10%) unless otherwise stated. Sennta AU is registered for GST. A tax invoice will be issued for all payments.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by theAustralian Consumer Law (ACL).
Our services come with guarantees under the ACL that cannot be excluded. If our service has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.
You must not use Sennta AU to store or process information in violation of Australian law, including the Privacy Act 1988. You are responsible for ensuring student and staff data is handled in accordance with your obligations as a data controller.
Sennta AU payroll tools are provided as a convenience. You remain responsible for the accuracy of payroll calculations, superannuation contributions, PAYG withholding, and STP reporting. Sennta AU is not a registered tax agent. Consult a qualified accountant or tax agent for specific advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Sennta AU's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
