What happens when I hit my student softcap?
You will see a banner notification and receive an email. You can keep enrolling students — you will simply be charged the per-student overage rate for each student above the cap. You can also upgrade your plan at any time to access a higher softcap and lower per-student rate.
What is the difference between a hard cap and a softcap?
The Starter plan has a hard cap of 20 students — you cannot add a 21st student without upgrading. Paid plans (Essential, Growth, Pro) have softcaps — you can go over the cap and pay a small per-student fee, but you are never blocked from enrolling a student.
Are prices GST inclusive?
Yes — all prices shown are GST inclusive. You will receive an ATO-compliant tax invoice each month for your subscription.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
Do I need an ABN?
Yes — Sennta AU is designed for registered Australian businesses. Your ABN appears on all tax invoices you issue to parents.
Can I try paid plans before committing?
Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. The Starter plan is free forever.
How is the Enterprise plan priced?
Enterprise is designed for centres or franchise groups with 500+ students. Pricing is approximately $4 per active student per month, with a minimum monthly commitment. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
